Which one is better.(Personally I think Garry's Mod is better than roblox.)

They do not, but they both are similar. Roblox has experiences with expensive gamepasses and Minecraft has mods (and paid mods) with many servers that vary in what they do.

I would any day play Minecraft over Roblox.

The servers are varied, but they're all pretty much the same, they can't add anything to the game. Sure, you can make different gamemodes, like block hunt, or tnt run, but it'll always be blocks, it'll always be minecraft characters, etc. Roblox allows anything to be created, while Minecraft will always be Minecraft.

All Roblox does is make games that seem good with expensive gamepasses and scams you out of your money. GTA 5 is not even as crappy as Roblox (in terms on money). GTA 5 has a grind, sure and you can say it is pay-to-win. But atleast you get 10x the amount of content in GTA5 or even GTA5:O than Roblox.

I can spend 40 United States Dollar, if not less to get myself quality games sale or not. On Roblox you can spend 40 United States Dollar and most likely you'd get some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that is not even worth that amount.

I never said Roblox makes games, if they did it may be 1-2 games.
All front page games are terrible and many others off the page are too. I've only seen few actual good games/experiences. But nomatter the game it usually always has overpriced gamepasses.

I am sure you could spend 20 if not 40 USD on quality videogames, sale or not. Where Roblox with how things are priced, 20-40 USD go to waste quickly.

Also sorry if I made it sound like Roblox made games. I meant Roblox Engine and people game things on it, everyone knows Roblox does not make experiences.

I'm sure Roblox is a great platform for people to like that type of thing. But for me it is just too kid-friendly and a whole bunch of other things I can rant about. Long-story short, I just find videogames free or not to be better than Roblox's experiences. Main reason being gamepasses usually seem overpriced and text censoring ruins the experience.

Roblox requires you to be a developer or have some knowledge regarding it for it to be a Sandbox. Gmod you can just hop right in without (as many) restrictions and do whatever.
