Original and Hardware Morphs

In the TF2 spawn menu, there's 2 sets of models for the mercenary crew, one labeled as "original" and the other as "hardware morphs"
What's the difference between the two?

one is meet the team model and the other is tf2 model You can tell one from the other just by looking at their hands if their hands are hi Polly - that means they are from meet the team. but if their hands are low Polly, then they are from tf2
