Charred Corpses?
Does anyone know a mod that when an npc is burned to death their bodies turn into the charred corpse model? Like the mechanic from black mesa when an HECU grunt is burned to death.

Ragdoll incineration is the closest to what I can find for that, it isn't what you wanted, but the corpses do disappear after being burnt long enough. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1828678843
