Places where workshop download it'scontent ?

I downloaded some content from workshop and i have observed that i am kinda low on hdd space, so i deleted everything from addon folder.
Before installing those addons, i had 40 gb free space, after installing them i had 1 gb free space, so i unsubscribed from everything, some are on favorites but that doesn't have to require any space, and now i have 20 gb,.
Where can i find that folder that got the rest of 20 gb ?
I am kinda obsessed to know each thing's location in my pc and remove it whenever i need.

The thing that has the rest of the gigabytes is probably system files.

I just remembered that earlier, today, after i finished adding some mods to favorites, from gmod workshop, on library-downloads, from steam app, appeared g mod installing workshop files, like 20 gb size, just like the case with wallpaper engine wich instaled the same size of random workshop stuff, while i had selected just 5-6 low sized contents from workshop.
I also spotted an folder with workshop and something in name, of 8-9 gb, but had mostly avatars of ppls profiles wich i checked, if they have vac, for cs xD

Appearently is in steam/steamapps/workshop/content.
There are like 2 folders 100 folders and each have a number, each folder have a picture, and some 2-3 other files, with profile pictures of visited profiles i think.
cs go is a very cheaty place, over half of those profile had vac and the rest of them -rep and wh, bleat and so on...from those visited by me, on private servers or casual.
Edit: i don't think garry's mod workshop content that is downloading by itself on my hdd would be there, not sure, i checked like 20 folders from a folder with over 200 and all were the same.
I guess they are deposited on hidden files, local files or temp or something like this, no ideea where to search.
Last time i raided my temp files, on windows 7 and 8, few years ago, i salvaged 20 gb or even 50 gb of unused or unneeded files.
In present, i own windows 10 pro 64, OEM, licensed, on laptop.

I've honestly no ideea what lua is or is doing.
I'm very new to gmod so i just spawn npc's and skins and kill enemy bots + some workshop content from various games xD

Now i have all 40+ gb free space.
It seems i had to restart the game, i think.
I didn't launch gmod yesterday at all, or since then, when i saw i had 20 gb less.

i'm having the same problem i had 39.9 gb then i installed too many mods then i uninstalled them and gmod and i only have 19.9 left..
