Looking for a web screen addon

Hey. I'm currently researching a bit on the topic of VNC, and I was wondering if there was an addon that could let me view websites on a screen prop? Or if it's possible to access a VNC server through wire and have it actually display what the VNC server is broadcasting?

VNC (Virtual Network Computing) allows people to see and use the content of a different computer. Such as cloud gaming. An addon like this would be really cool, because you could essentially make realistic looking computers. And if the addon creator went as far as implementing some way of controlling the other side, you could do things such as having a "real" computer in Garry's Mod (with a virtual machine), or even play actual games in Garry's Mod! Usefulness of such addon is questionable, but the cool factor is just undeniable.
