How to get rid of blue filter

So I haven't played Gmod in a long time so I decided that I would do so today. When I went into the game everything seemed to be normal. My mods were loading up fine and the game was running well, or at least that was so until I actually spawned in. When I spawned into a map, everything was blue, all the items, textures, and basically everything except for the items I was holding. At first I thought it might have been a simple glitch or mod error because the game was telling me that something was wrong with one of my mods and that they were causing errors, so I deleted the mod and expected everything to be fine but it was still there. I looked through all my mods and the game didn't inform me of other errors so now I am stuck not knowing what to do. Please help me, I would much appreciate it. Thank you

kind of looks like the fog editor was tweaked. I assume you know that all of your mods wouldn't affect anythin' like that?

Have you tried at least disabled all of your mods and see if it still happening? Did you receive any error logs from the console command when you spawned into the map?

i disabled all of my mods and the thing went away, but when I enabled them again it came back. I assuming it's some sort of broken or outdated mods. I'm still going through them one more time

also most of my mods use simfphys so that makes me more confused
