GMod at 1 FPS (Solved kinda)
When i try to run GMod it goes either single player either multi player.

Anyone know how to fix it? I tried the fps_max_60 command but nothing.

I've tried reinstalling Gmod i've had like 700 addons now i removed all of them

I have a good PC That runs every other game without problems

CPU

Intel Core i5 7400 @ 3.00GHz
Kaby Lake 14nm Technology

RAM

8,00GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1197MHz (17-17-17-39)

Motherboard

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B250M-A (LGA1151)

Graphics

4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (ZOTAC International)

Storage

Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB (SSD)

verify game files & test on default gm_flatgrass

Defrag your computer (oh wait! You have an SSD!) Check cpu usage (If you have Windows 10, try to disable Windows Defender. If you have Windows 7, try to disable Superfetch and Windows Search services)

or disable Vsync if you have it on

Try making sure your settings are all on the recommended setting. (They have an * next to them)

Make sure that you are running game on your external gpu (gtx1050 and not intel hd). Though even with internal one fps should not be that low.

NVIDIA panel , set the "1050ti" not Automic or Default one

You noob you are playing on your CPU integrated card instead of gtx 1050. Switch the cable from monitor to gpu instead of cpu

Connect your gpu and turn off Integrated Graphics on Device Manager.
