Strictly speaking, it's not the model itself that has weight, but the physics model embedded in the compilation, hence why you want to edit the physics model.
So there's no way to make a ragdoll a floppy entity of sorts?
In a sense, any prop with a physics skeleton utilizing more than 1 bone , implying that it has a movable joint or several, is considered a ragdoll, which includes this case. This statement does not help me understand what a "floppy entity" is though.
Please try and elaborate further, more importantly, re-instate your idea of what you want that model to do in-game.
Decals do not count into the subject whatsoever because they are literally just textures applied on a surface.
Furthermore, there is a toggle for solidifying ragdolls stiff by holding C and right clicking them. Though this might be a quark of some third party add-on. I am not sure if it's included in Garry's Mod or not.
