How many addons is too much?

Generally, how many addons do i need to have for it to be considered "too much."

I have, like 600 addons and i'm kinda scared of that number.

I need to remove some of mine. Mostly because I don’t use half and when I delete one I get 0.0000532 more FPS

Ride it till the wheels fall off, then cut back 1 or 20 add-ons

I have around 2000 addons, many are disabled. This is all on a low-end PC. I found that it loads for a very long time.

You should take a look at my Fallout 4 loading time. And I have a 5 year I think old computer and it still is slightly above average PCs. ( Exept in R6S my loading times are always 30-90 sec long on the first round always so)
