Toxic Admins and Moderators much???

Why is it that Admins and Moderators (moderators especially) of DarkRP servers have this bad habit of being toxic and ignorant?

Ussualy admins don't go threw any training or filter sometimes are just given it just for them to stay and do what ever they want cause of the ego this and the ammount of trolls darkrp gets an admin can be stressed out pretty easily and go on a power trip

Server Owners are mostly toxic and will choose toxic staff members.
Luckily i have a list with requirements for someone to apply as staff.

Sadly, i am low on staff on all off my servers, on 1 server they are just full of russians rdming in ttt, and in DarkRP they speak french instead of English.

I guess the power just gets to some of their heads. And then later on they wonder why their server population begins to dwindle. And then later after that they wonder why people are posting threads about how trashy and abusive they are and how their server sucks lol XD
