Countering an AFK Script.

So Recently I was messing around on garry's mod, and i happen to come across this really popular server. after a few hours of playing, i had to leave for piano lessons (don't judge)
when i came back, i was kicked for being afk for 30 minutes.
Frankly i'd like to be able to leave my PC for an hour or 2 to go do something without being kicked. (there's an XP bar or some sh*t that gives you better weapons based on level, XP is given over time)

Now, i have some knowledge on how to counter these things.
such as opening Dev console and typing +moveleft/right
but nope, that didn't work
i tried mouse movements +left/right
Nope.
i tried the old but the heavy weight on top of your w key trick,
that didn't f*cking work.

At that point, it was clear to me that the Afk script had some sort of coding to detect when a player is running into a wall for an amount of time, because there is no other way in hell an afk script could detect me being afk while that key is held down.


So if anyone has any suggestions to counter this, please tell me.

Ahk, but the key scripting for it is on crack and randomized.
I don't know what kind of anti-afk script those dudes are using, but it detects patterns in movement to know if you're trying to bypass the anti afk system

I figure their probably getting an array/table of your movements from the last 10 seconds and checks it with the next 10 seconds.

Randomizing sent inputs in your script would be the way to go then.

No idea how to set that in Auto Hotkey, I guess just making random ♥♥♥♥ go lightning fast with barely any hold or delay might work?

Probably random stuff for a minute on loop. All depend on how it works.

Have you tried running a free macro program. Just set it up so it records your movement for 1-2 hours and then set it in loop. For instance, random tasks you have to do in game, you can set the auto program to do for you. Make it as detailed as you like. Technically, you could set it up to perform any farming event in game on auto as if it was being done manually. I'm working on a script right now for one of my "auto farming" accounts that will respond to voice / chat input in a 5 meter radius of my character with a set list of 200 automatic responses to potential mods checking for AFK farming players. If you want to get really crazy with it, you can have macros analyze input on the screen and choose pathing based on input as well (to avoid getting confused by other player / mod teleport / death, etc. input).

ok this actually sounds good, how would I achieve this? I don't know of any macro programs that record my movements.

Sounds like something someone would use on Runescape but would 100% work on gmod
