How do you make a Gmod ''murder'' server?
does anyone know how you make a murder server?

Hmmm download the gamemode Murder (find it on Addons -> Gamemodes -> Top rated) when you are ready to make a gmod server, change gamemode on down-right corner on map selection screen (under the Start Game). Start the Game and you should be greeted by gamemode. Then players will find it and join it. If you want private, set the password. I have no idea how do you create a server though.

the problem i had with it is i didnt see the gamemode at all
