CO-OP Campaign Gamemode?

Since neither Synergy nor Obsidian Conflict are good, and Gmod has all of these maps and resources, I was thinking, is there a working coop/campaign mod? something that simply put, just disables the prop/item spawner for players unless an admin re-enables it. Like a sandbox without the noclip, spawning, and where players are required to play a map normally. I saw a couple of gamemodes, but according to the comments, some updates broke these game modes and they weren't updated. Otherwise, is there a way to simply disable noclip and the Q/Spawning menu for players without having to deal with thousands of config files? (although in sandbox, most maps simply won't have the trigger that changes the map in multiplayer)

There's HL2 campaign which from last I checked has around 1-2 servers on all times. It also has tons of custom maps usually.

I want to host it for me and my friends, i don't really like to depend on other servers for game modes.

that's not even close. At that point I could use Obsidian Conflict, at least it allows for non-vanilla HL2 maps. Also, I mentioned those two mods the original post.

searching seems to be hard for you so i went on the workshop and searched and found a random co-op gamemode not sure if it works tho

Playing GMOD like Sven Coop isn't feasible, i already understood that a very long time ago, I was just hoping that someone could prove me wrong with an actual working/updated gamemode. But apparently all you can do in GMOD is RP now.
