Gravity Gun and Pulse Rifle secondary fire (energy ball)?

Mine have dissappeared. I can't find them in any category. Could someone help me with this?

Clarity: I can't find the Gravity Gun, I can find the Pulse Rifle, but it just has no "ammo" for the secondary fire.

Yes, and I cannot find the Gravgun in the "Q" menu either or get secondary fire on the Pulse Rifle.

My preset (when I just recently bought the game) was [1. Physgun, Gravgun 2. HL2 pistol, .357 Magnum 3. SMG, Pulse Rifle (with secondary fire ammo) 6. Camera, tool gun]

Now it's just [1. Physgun 6. Camera, tool gun] and I don't know why.

seeing how this is from 2 years ago this may not help but... the ammo used for secondary fire are "combine balls" usually dropped by combine elites.
