Missing hl2:Episode one/two models and content?

Before I say anything, I am going to point out that I do have both episodes 1/2 installed (not pirated) but apparently garry's mod is having problems mounting them? I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem. I also got garry's mod/the orange box about 4 weeks ago.

What I'm getting at seeing is the fast zombie torso NPC is an ERROR, the zombine player model is black and purple missing texture, the antlion grub/workers are errors

-Iv'e tried deleting and reinstalling both garry's mod and ep:1/2, also verifying game cache
