Stuck in windowed mode and can't see game.

After adjusting my grpahic settings, my game is stuck in windowed mode and I can't see the game. I do have a quite alot of addons installed. Is does anyone have any solutions besides "reinstall it" cause I did that. I'm on windows 7, and the graphics I changed were to a lower quality. I switched it from 16:9 to 4:6 or what ever the "standard" is.
