Is there a addon that makes the NPC's smarter?

I want to know if there is an addon that will make my NPC'S not as dumb and more accurate with weapons. The enemy NPC always lose because of their lower accuracy. Any addons to even this out? Thanks

Certain maps have different noding for NPC's, for for example, in the map freespace 13, the Combine will go behind cover in a firefight, and shoot more accurately

To improve accuracy, you can download the "NPC Tools" addon by Silverlan. One of the tools is "NPC Proficiency" the higher you set it, the more accurate the NPC will be.
This + A noded map can be really fun and challenging.
