Garry's Mod Launch Error: Could not load library client. Please help!
Hello, my friend keeps getting this error when he trys to load garry's mod http://i.imgur.com/oqCk6.png Does anybody know a fix?

He also tryed to reinstall the game and also reinstall steam! Both didn't work.

hey guys, I have the same problem on my windows 7 pc. The thing is that this might just be somthing that has evolved over the last couple of ours and is acctually something to do with steam or garry's mod servers. But their is one thing I have found and that is that my virus scanner found an "infected file" in garrys mod just as I tried to launch it for the first time: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading\4000\garrysmod\bin\client.dll - apperently it is infected with something. Enough reasons for me to believe it has something to do with and update from garry's mod that is failing to load.

I will try out some things and if I succeed I will report back on this post.
