Gmod 13 Portal Gun?

I've looked everywhere, and i CANNOT fin ONE working portal gun addon. every single one gives me the same result: it wont show up in the 'weapons' tab, and in the actual addon file it shows the portal gun model and ect. Can anyone help me get a working portal gun? I dont care if you cant use floor portals, ceiling portals, etc. I want a portal gun, that works and i shoot 2 portals, walk through one, come out the other. i've tried these:

The link that leads to the Workshop (the one in the box) Is the one I know of. It should work, although with some glitches.

The portal gun itself doesnt work proprley due to a couple of things gmod runs on a older version of the source SDK portal and portal 2 where made on a later version and if im correct portal 1 and 2 have a modified version of the source engine just for the 2 games
