I might have found a solution that worked for me...
i don't know if it's really relevant after a few months :3
try going to the console and typing in 'Ragdoll_sleeptime 5' than span an npc kill it. Good luck

Guys if you have this problem in 2018. Just put this in the console: ragdoll_sleepaftertime 5
