How to make Medic happy [A.k.a Faceposing TF2 problems]

I've been trying to get a good smile on the medic for a screenshot, and I really can't make anything that looks like one. Any tips? (Help with other TF2 ragdolls is appreciated, I've had problems with them too.)

well you need to use the face poser and just fiddle with the bottom and he top mouth and see f you can get it right but t is really hard i tried to make aeddic standing on a balcony smiling an waving but he just ended up looking retared and i made a scout look like an ugly baby having a strop i only want me to be angry. face and finger posing is hard

Make sure you are using the second set, I believe they're called hardware morphs. Those allow you to pose their faces much easier.

The default in-game models have pre-set facial expressions. For instance, the Heavy has a preset called "HappyBig", and the Demoman has the "DrunkHappy" and "EvilHappy" presets. I can't remember what the preset is called for Medic, but you can't miss it.
