Garry's Mod On Xbox

Since i heard aout Garry's mod going kinect i thought what about Garry's mod going Xbox. I know this idea wont take off but it would be nice for all those people the have heard about Garry's mod but cant get it cause they have no computer. (Not me) Minecraft was a good game and it went to xbox and got 1,000,000 of sale in the first week. Garrys mod might get the same sale figers. Maybe. Thanks for reading this.

There several reasons why gmod WON'T be on xbox.

1) No mods or addons

2) The certification process takes time and costs money.

3) The hardware is ancient.

No, it's not worth taking time to porting this game onto an outdated hunk of junk.

It won't happen. Minecraft was made with Java, so it can be run and used on nearly all platforms. It would be a lot harder to make Gmod work for any consoles, too much work to do and I doubt it would take off. Gmod is a very computer styled game too, using mouse and keyboard is like a necessary.
A PC is basically an advanced console anyway, plug in the Xbox controller, bind buttons. But you'll still need the mouse and keyboard for most part.

i only use an xbox for assasins creed anyway. i would never buy gmod on x-box. it would likely be crap. so all the idiots tring to trickscope will want it and it would ruin the experience in multiplayer. plus lua files are not on the x-box. therefore xbox is full of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that play fps's on it. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

@Zippo Minecraft had to be recoded into C++ to be put on xbox, so why couldn't Garrys Mod be recoded into a different language?

Agreed with above you console owners dont deserve a game like gmod its creative its logical it requires a lot of math and with wiremod some programming skills on a console all ya want is to shoot ♥♥♥♥ !

you do realize skyrim exists right? and don't give me that whole "It's ToO hArD" dude tf2 and hl2 run PERFECTLY on xbox one, it's been over 9 years at this point! nine!
