how do i fix unbind all?

Exit Steam and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\your steem account name\garrysmod\garrysmod and delete the cfg folder.

Unbind all is a feature that leaves gmod brain dead and unable to do anything. It simulates being helpless after doing it for whatever reason.

Yeah I think reinstalling might help or Steam(idk steampipe blah blah) might save your controls
As I said I would contact Steamsupport

its not a funny joke some people are arrzhats and think its funny to ruin someones game

i fixed it you have to go to options then bind the keys up again

On the main menu just go on options or settings or whatevever and press set to default
