Flashlight not working...

I've tried different methods. One of those methods only work in SINGLEPLAYER. I want my flashlight in multiplayer to work.

Methods I've tried: 'Type r_dynamic 1, r_shadows 1, and r_newflashlight 0 in the console". This only works in Singleplayer

"Type bind f impulse 100 in the console". Doesn't work at all.

"Type mp_flashlight 1 in the console". Doesn't work at all.

I've also changed my video settings to Mid-High, since I heard low setting cannot generate flashlight.

I deleted and re-installed all my source games with no luck.

When I first bought garry's mod it was working. Then later flashlight stop working for no reason.

I, also tried validating all of my source game files including Garry's Mod. Still didn't work.

I checked and changed the key for flashlight and it didn't work.

My flashlight wasn't working and I fixed it today by turning the shadow detail from Low to either Medium or High are you sure you don't have it on low?

Yeah, My shadow detail was medium, so I changed it to high to test it out. Didn't work >.>

My flashlight didn't work either, so I reinstalled Gmod, now it works. Hope this help.

I have the same problem. The game for some reason unbinded my flashlight button ("f") so i re-binded it in options. Now it just says "unkown command 'flashlight'" everytime i press "f"

I have the same problem. It never works. I tried too everything but still not working. I tried binding it back, pressing f, r_dynamic 1 r_shadows 1 r_newflashlight 0, testing in dark rooms, re-install Garry's Mod, NO RESULTS. ):

I dunno did you try re-binding it using the default bind thingy in the controls option menu thing which i assume you did..

I fixed this a long time ago. Somehow, all by itself, it had fixed. Thanks for trying to help guys!

I can get the flashlight to work, just not the binding. Imulse 100 works on its own, but when I bind it to f it just doesn't work at all.
