The Gman Virus (what is it)

It's called the gman Virus. It has been spreading for quite some time. I wrote a giant thing about it on some forums.
The Scary G-Man Virus is a Supposed Lua Coded Virus, That if you download the wrong Addon, or go on an Infected server. you will get this G-Man virus.

What it does,

It Takes over your screen with a Map Texture, that has 2 gman faces put together, Which you can easily find in some Map Textures. So, as i was saying. It takes over your screen, and Makes a long Screech. If you clikc Quit, it says "HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA NO" And, If you Alt+F4/Ctrl+Alt+Del it says "NOPE, YOU'RE IN THE PITS OF HELL NOW LOL".

It then opens up Internet Explorer since there is no Ad Block, And Opening Tabs randomly. which have Virus filled things, and Virus Ad's. It also downloads a Video called "Jews" which is a ♥♥♥ Porn video, That Automaticlly opens when downloaded. And it installs a Virus each Video, They say it downloads around 20 times. The Virus Run through your Gmod Folders, Eventually through your whole computer. and Ruining it, As many Threads on facepunch.com, of people complaining about this "Scary Gman Virus"

They all regenerate when you reboot GMod.

Ways you can Avoid it

Here's how to avoid being infected by any viruses GMod viruses:
-Avoid joining random servers or atleast don't join the obviously infected ones, If the servers name is something like "Chr1saster's ♥♥♥♥ hole" or "gayry is ♥♥♥!" then you probably shouldn't join it.
-Don't download random lua files off the web.
-Don't download lua hacks off the web.
-Don't ♥♥♥♥ with the rogue admins.
-Don't install scripts that your friends or "friends" have sent you.
-Inspect regulary the contents of your gmod folder and the contents of the files in there.
-If there is no Picture for an addon, Check it's contents. before downloading,

I never hered it happened to anyone recently. There was a couple of reports in 2009 ,but i did not hear any recently.

Lua cannot run outside of specific apps that use it. Literally no way it can download somewhere aside from the gmod directory. Thats hardcoded, it'd have to be in downloads somewhere.

You probably got it wrong, there was one lua virus a few years ago that played porn videos while you were IN gmod and yelled loudly, but didn't affect anything outside of it. It was a gmod version of another virus which did harm the system.

(and some idiot tried to link me to, but anyone with common sense knows not to click links with weird extensions)

So yeah this is from 2009, and a dumbed down screamer version is probably out there.

That or the guy that first reported it freaked out. Theres plenty of (bad) maps that make use of the gman face texture to scare people.

i joined a murder server,just at the top of the list,a few players were in so i thoguht i might join them,after i joined it wasn't laggy but everyone looked glitchy,they started disorienting and the they moved like it was lagging but it wasn't
so i left to join another server,it didnt happen again

Everyone else was lagging. Or the server was just experiencing a coniption.

I have never heard of this crap, and if it is real give us a link to something besides the wierd ass picture.
