Every time I try to create some kind of modification for blood, green boxes appear. I don’t know how to fix this, I’ve looked through all the forms, please help.

For most gore mods, as said in their descriptions, you need to manually install shaders for them to work correctly. If you don't want to install shaders, then stick with their shaderless variants

OOOHHH, CREATE! Sorry I misrread that! In that case, install and extract other similar gore mods to see how they get around that issue. As I said, you need shaders for gore mods, so I'm guessing you would need to find or create a shader for your gore mod.
