How to Zoom?

Well technically I've seen other people in youtube zoom in and zoom out with like a camera thingy or something like. they zoom and they can turn the camera.. how do I do that?

Like i select the camera and hold right click and then what I do? Oh and is there a control thingy i can change to turn the camera?

The select the camera, hold right click, and moving your mouse forward and back zooms in and out, moving it left and right turns the camera.

you can bind it on the keyboard options

suit zoom is Z usualy and you can use weapon zoom by right click
you can also bind it in developer console
