[SOLVED] Can't create bots

[FOLKLORE [DS1337]]

I am trying to create bots in the console but it won't let me create them.

The console command I am using:
bot

The error I am getting when I try:
Failed to create a bot

Can anyone fix this please?

=SOLVED. IGNORE PLEASE= I was in singleplayer. This has been solved.

I set my server to multiplayer, but I still can't create bots.
