Can't mount CS:S [FIXED]

I have missing textures in Garry's Mod. I go to check if my games are mounted, and CS:S isn't. I go to play the game and verify and and stuff to get it up and running. But when I go to play it it just flashes "Checking for updates" on the screen for a split second. Someone please help? I can't play CS:S or get the textures for gmod.

FIX: Delete and redownload CS:S. Play a match or two, the get on Garry's Mod and it should work.

Technically I have CS:S because I used an old account to share it and it's in my game library. I can't play it tho, cause it just says "Checking for updates" for like a split second then nothing happens

Why would I need to buy it? I had it mounted before, not I can't for some reason.

Well I do. It's in my library, I can play it (but an annoying bug happens so technically I can't)

There has to be some sort of weird issue because I can't see it when I search it. Have you contacted Steam Support?

The steam support site is bugged. When I enter my name and pass, I enter the thing that "confirms that I'm not a bot" and no matter what im always wrong...
