Gmod is suddenly lagging REALLY bad ?

It was working fine yesterday and the following days before. No lag at all, running perfectly fine, until today when I went on my Hamachi server with a friend, and it was lagging like CRAZY. Whenever I moved or looked around, it started lagging. Even when I stood there and watched my friend, in my view, they were lagging too.
Please, I have all of my graphic settings on LOW... How do I fix this??

Do you have any workshop addons? Otherwise, your computer might just be breaking down.
Is this server-side lag? Or client

Delete them all. And clear your addons folder.

It's not the Add-Ons. Trust me. It could be, but there's plenty of variables. If the map was large, if your internet or friend's internet was bad, ect.

These responses are useless. If any of you bothered to actually read the problem, he stated that it was running smoothly just 2 days before, when it started lagging. It's not his addons, and he doesn't need to buy a new computer. He most likely had the exact addons as 2 days before, and his computer ran GMod just fine 2 days before. It's most likely that GMod is taking up a lot of CPU or RAM on his PC for some reason. The exact thing happened to me, it was running fine yesterday, and today, with the exact same addons on the exact same map as yesterday has insane lag to where it's unplayable.

Happened to me too, i just connected to a server and i ran at 10-15 FPS...
Do Ctrl + Alt + Del and go in the task manager, see what applications are using more RAM, and terminate them.
Be sure to not terminate any system important process, anyway if you try it will automatically deny the access.
Update your drivers, graphic card, processor, everything.
And be sure you got all enabled.
