I SERIOUSLY reccomend upgrading your pc. The answer is NO. you will not be able to run garry's mod.
Now for some computer lessons: Obviously, you don't know too much about PCs, so I will help. Desktops are faster than laptops. Why? Because you can put bigger and better chips in them. Laptops tend to have slower chips because they are used for more mundane tasks, like internet browsing. Also, you listed your CPU speed. That is the speed of the core processor. To know if it will run, we need to know if you have a Graphics card. This is the GPU (Graphical Processing Unit), which turns the data into a readable image for your monitor/screen. If you have a GPU, list that. If you get a graphics card, you don't have to take out integrated graphics, because the CPU is taking over the job of the GPU since it is missing. However, I suspect you do indeed have a GPU present.
Did you buy your PC premade, or assemble it yourself?
Case size doesn't usually matter, unless you plan on getting a $5k video card about a foot long.
