Distorted screaming..?

I booted up d2_coast_03 in gmod and I killed one civi ontop a tower and it made a terrible loud and distorted scream, did not sound like any audio file I have ever heard in this game I didn't hear my own gunshot all I heard was the sound. But when I kill other civis the sound is fine. Why is it just this one civi? There's also NO blood which is VERY odd. Could anyone else try this for them self?

In no way am i trolling, I'm just creeped out by this and i want to know if anyone else had this problem.

It all started while I was playing gm_backrooms, I then went to my tool-gun, but nothing was in my hands. I then spawned in a camera and that's when it started, I tried stopping it and it didn't. I gave my laptop a 3 hour break, I got back on the same map, spawned in some next bots and killed them with the QTG admin gun and it did the sound again. Someone please tell me how to fix it, the sounds scares me and I don't know what to do.

if you want to create a believable story please don't start it with "it all started with..."
if it is real, then open up the problems tab when the sound occurs, and try to see if the sound stops with "snd_restart"
