NPCS Stuck in T-Poses PLEASE HELP!

Everytime I spawn an NPC, it is in the T-Pose. I've tried verifying Game Cache, but it still persists! Can anyone help me?

@ Tuff, sounds dumb but u should reinstall gmod delete gmod over steam delete the gmod folder D:\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod <-- may clean ur registry reinstall gmod redownload ur addons it should work again

Some have posted this before so I guess the problem still stands, but this may help temporary:

If you have any content addons in gmod folder like css, half life 2 etc. then just take those out. (Don't delete those contents, just move it elsewhere to your desire) The NPCs will work normally after that, but...this would mean having those missing textures.

It's the only solution I found so far, but the problem lies with the content addons so I hope this helps.

Hey Guys Thanks to people at face punch their solve the problem just go to HL2 extras content and remove the models folder inside of it and Everything should fix itself Good Luck :)

from your steam directory go to
\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
it's one of the folders there

Some of my NPCs like the VJ Base ones work but the rest of the NPCs are stuck in t pose. I have a bunch of ww2 NPCs that I'd like to use for the games i play but they are also in t pose. Well idk if it's t pose but their arms go through their chest and stick out one side.

i have a theory i have been searching for answers for t posed npcs, and npcs immeditaley disappearing on death it may be the iNPC - Artifical Intelligence Module mod i will test out this theory

i have the exact same problem and ive been looking for a fix for weeks

where is the hl2 extra content folder? i can't find it in addons. i have pretty much the same problem, where combine soldiers (or any enemy with a weapon labeled as combine) will go in and out of a T pose whenever they are fighting (mostly rebel soldiers or anything labeled as that, and mostly when they are fighting in multiple groups/squads). is there an addon or anything that anyone knows of that will just have combine behave like rebels, but still fight them?
