DarkRP nlr is the stupidest rule ever

Lately, I've been playing dark rp on gmod and I'm quite new to it. I have come across a problem that frequently occurs.

Let me explain. First, I open a shop and start selling whatever I got to sell. I usually get good business except for one occasion. Say a customer comes in my store and wants a gun. He buys a gun from me for a reasonable amount. When I give him the gun, he shoots me with it and kills me, leaving me to have to respawn. Normally I get pissed at this and decide to take action so I go to the man who shot me, kill him, and continue doing business. Now apparently the guy who killed me did nothing wrong but I did something wrong by taking my shop back. I broke a rule named "nlr" or "new life rule" which means after I die, I can't go back to the place where I die. I'm supposed to pretend that I'm a new person and have a "new life." Now, after I break this rule, the guy who killed me becomes a real pain in the ass and gets an admin. I explain to him he killed me randomly or commited an rdm or "random death match." The admin always says that it was ok that he killed me and that I was the one who actually broke a rule which of course is nlr. The admin bans me and I'm never seen on the server again.

So you see, this rule makes anyone wanting to set up a business get shut down and banned after attempting to take back their shop. That is why I believe nlr is the worst gaming rule I have ever encountered.

I know this is an old thread, but I disagree because it prevents people from returning to their bases after they get raided. Trust me, I killed you, I won, it is annoying if they return.

Well its a world wide rule used in every server most dont exist but if you need to rp like that then you should be allowed to come back

Dude litteraly i get killed right out spawn and when i go out of spawn like 2 or 3 times because theirs only one way out i am appreantly breaking nlr its so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid and i got banned for a week because of it

If the dark rp server you are on don't have the rule where you should advert before a raid i suggest you leave it because if this keep happening to you it's basically RDM and when an admin apears he will say that he can do that
