Anyway, experimenting with separate sound drivers is the only thing that comes to mind here, it seems you have nearly exhausted every last option. (Congradulations on that, by the way.)
Give it a shot, if that fails, a computer reformat may fix the issue, but that's a little overkill for this issue.
Thanks for the help but I got rid of the computer, it was around 7 years past its expiration date anyways so it wasn't much of a loss. I'm just gonna get a new laptop and then I'll do all the mic chatting that I want.
