bug bait

hey yall!

in garrys mod, it seems impossibile to use bug bait. how do you use bug bait in gmod? or is it something wrong with my computer?

It was a long time since I used bug bait, but it's used to control antlions. You squeeze the bait, and then throw it at an npc or floor to make them go there/attack the npc.
To use it, I think it was right click to squeeze and left click to throw.

I can do stuff with is, but it does nothing but put ugly stains everywhere and makes weird noises. should it control Antlions or am I stupid???
