Fake Bluescreen - VIRUS?

I was playing on my own server when all of a sudden a bluescreen message poped up. It didn't concern me too much, but the odd thing was I was on voice chat with a buddy and the whole time we could still talk. The computer came up with a fake starting windows screen and loaded a desktop with a garrys mod shortcut, i could exit out of this to my real desktop... when I clicked the link the game went back to normal. I heard about a Gman virus but thought it was supposed to spam you with faces of gman... Anyone else have this?

Its probably some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ script you might have like downloaded from another server.

Delete your garrysmod folder as quick as you can, because viruses like these dupe themselves if it is present for too long. It is a really bad script.

Dupes don't have viruses. It isn't possible.

I don't think he meant the in game dupes. I think he was referring to how it would replicatate itself, as in, spread from computer to computer.

At least is nothing to worry about, it was code placed as an april fools joke, and once the team realized it, the code was removed and all is normal again.
