ToyTown Effect
I've just recently began playing gmod, and I've run into one issue: ToyTown Effect. This post-process effect blurs the top and bottom of my screen. From my production classes, I believe this can also be referred to as the tilt effect in photography/cinematography. Either way, it is annoying as all hell. I've abosolutely no luck in trying to find a fix online. Please help.
