Gmod crashes when I join a server

Hi, Every time I join a server the game crashes for no reason. I don't get any messages or anything, it just closes. I had the problem before but every time a new round would start on prop hunt, now, it's instantly when I join a server. Please help. Thanks in advance!

Heres what I reccomend
1) Try removing all of your addons
2) If that doesn't fix it verify your game cache
3) If that doesn't work either then idk what to do. Uninstall and reinstall the game or something.

I just did, i'm either going to assume I didn't go into enough detail or that you can't read.

1) Go into the addons meny and click on disable all addons or invidiually disable / unistall them all, if that doesn't work then go to the desktop and navigate to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
and delete everything in the addons folder
2) Go to steam, and find Garrys Mod in the librarby, right click garrys mod, go to properties, then click verify game cache, if you don't see it try clicking the different tabs in the properties menu until you do see it
3) Right click on Gmod again if all else has failed, and click uninstall, after it is uninstalled re install the game again.

Does that halp you? There's no other simpler way really.

Hey Kazooie thank you very much for helping! I've tried 2 and 3 before but none worked. I'm gonna try 1 now. thanks for the help.
