Where do i find GMpublish and Gmad.exe?

I want to upload something on the workshop, so i got
Gmod Publishing Utility for do it.
The problem is everytime i try to upload my addoon
i get an error saying that GMpublish and Gmad.exe aren't located in

C/ProgramFiles/Steam/Common/Garry'sMod/Bin

I went on the folder to check if those things we're there but no, there aren't. There are only
a bunch of DLL stuff.
So yeah, how do i upload some damn ragdools to the workshop?

i can't see them either, what can i do?

program files and just scroll the youll see gmpublisher
