How do I use the camera tool?

It doesn't do anything, and I'm fascinated with the prospect of a realtime display!

You have to bind it to a key to get into camera view.

When you select the tool, on the side of your spawn menu, there should be options. One of those options should be: "Key to get into camera view" click it and then click the button you want to use.

You can make it follow you. Right Click.

Don't know about NPCs.

OH! You mean actual following...

I don't think so. But, I think you can do it to NPCs due to the weld tool.

I think there is a weld to self tool somewhere. And I think you can use the rt_camera to get a screen, not really sure
