Also, how do I decompress a GMA, and where can I find the file?
Necromancer.
Also, the post was mine.
Basically, learn Lua and modeling. That's it.
I ♥♥♥♥♥♥' dare you.
PAC3 has nothing to do with car creation.
You need a car 3d model with textures, the less the easier
You need a program to work with like Cinema4D
You need to create a bone rig for the car so it can be animated
You need a program to animate like 3DS Max
You need a smd exporter to export the animations, collision model, and car model
You need the compiler/hacked compiler to create it into something gmod understands
You need to setup a working folder with script, materials in VMT/VTF format
You need to create a handling script for the car (In LUA)
You need to create a a script to actually spawn the vehicle
Then finally you will need GMPU to upload the addon to the workshop and it will be compressed into one *content id#*_*vehicle name*_by_*your name*gma
