Help Please (How can I play zombies in single player)

Okay, I downloaded the map and the nazi zombies mod. Now what do I have to do? Anyone? Thank's sincerely!

I downloaded a map, from Call of Duty WaW
I downloaded a mod, so I can "cause" waves of zomeis, its name is ZApocalypse and when I start the game on this map, it frozes everytime.

Also, I have CS:S.

There's a problem with that though

There is a Addon that spawns NPCs of your choice, (NPC/Zombie invasion.. something like that) and when you have the map you want just enter that map and some Default sombies will spawn (if they dont then the map does not have navigation for NPCs), to make the nazi zombies spawn open your spawn menu (Default is "Q") and go to the NPC that you want it to spawn, right click and click "Copy to clipboard" and then go to the Options tab and look at "ZINV" click the spawn list (something like that (it is the only button there)) then under the NPC paste what you copied in there and click add, then you should be good to go.
