Someone please help me! I accidentally unbound all the keys on my keyboard in gmod, and I can't find a way to reset it!

Exactly what it says in the title. Basically, I got rid of a couple of addons, then I wanted things to go back to the way they were before, but I couldn't find a way to make sure of it, so I tried doing some things with the console. Long story short, I made the terrible mistake of unbinding everything. And now, I can't do anything in gmod. I can't walk around, I can use any weapons, I can't spawn ragdolls, etc. Could someone please help me? I need to reset my console. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this. Please? Thank you.

Go to settings and put default on the controlls,if this doesnt work go to youtube
