Stuck at 0 bytes workshop downloading [SOLVED]

When i was subscribing some addons (or whatever you call it), i was stuck at downloading addons as it says "0 of 1 Items complete"

however when i open gmod, it's fine and every addons i subscribed into this game syncs, but the weird thing is, i'm stuck at downloading workshop addons, i tried restarting my pc and steam but still no clue, if you have this problem or probably know how to fix it, help is appreciated.

EDIT: Thanks to TheGamingSeal, the problem can be solved by just refreshing steam, if you don't know how, you can see here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638

EDIT2: If that happened again, there's no need to do the same solution all over again, just go into your steam installation folder, steamapps, workshop then delete "appworkshop_4000.acf" then restart and now you no longer have the problem, tho if it occurs again, do the same thing all over until the problem's gone.

This also happend to me once (maybe twice)

But somehow it just fixed itself,so maybe try to be patient and wait for a couple of days (not with the game on though) and maybe it will finish download.

Or try to unsubscribe the addon that is trying to download,start mod then exit,resubscribe the addon and then start mod again and see if it fixes.

If not then you are going to have to play the game without that addon till you find a fix,sorry.

Well i simply have all my addons subscribed, nothing is missing, but this thing really bugs me because i can't download game updates because of it.

EDIT: It's 0 bytes, it doesn't even show what addon is downloading plus every addons are not missing and aren't the cause of this, tho i could wait.

I will try that when my steam is updated in beta.

EDIT: Actually that's not what i'm talking about.

Try going to the downloading folder, which is in your steammapps folder. Delete the folder labeled 4000. Then try restarting steam

Unfortunely, the gmod app id downloading folder doesn't appear in the downloading folder in steamapps, i mean i couldn't find it plus i removed content but still that didn't solve it.
