Garry's mod workshop content doesn't download and doesn't stop either. (IMPORTANT)

Hello fellas. I have a problem. Anyone knows the "downloads" where to manage downloads right? OK So i got a problem there, when i go there i see , "garry's mod - workshop content." It is downloading, but i see 0 bytes / 0 bytes downloaded. So yeah...when i stop that ♥♥♥♥ it says "Stopping" and it doesn't stop it keeps downloading, even when i try to download another game it doesn't want to download.
So yeah it, that glitch uses my whole internet for nothing, it is not even downloading and it doesn't stop...anyone can help me fix that ♥♥♥♥? Thanks for help. Please it is important!

Oh yeah that problem. I do also have that problem. I hope a fix comes up or a workaround. (That hopefully doesn't include not being able to play MP.)

I mean man, i can't download anything, it ruined all my downloads and all my ♥♥♥♥♥ man, and when i play i get high ping. ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥ man :(

Oh god me too. But I can still download games and stuff. Only I get this and high ping. Gmod, for now, is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

Bro, i just already fixed it, go to steamapps/workshop and then you will find an ACF file, its like appworkshop 4000....and that stuff, anyways delete that file and then restart steam

Only the appworkshop 4000. Delete it, leave all other files bro.

i noticed something very wierd why does that appworkshop 4000 acf file keep coming back?

Its alright mate, everytime that bug happens you delete that file. If it came back that does not mean it will happen again at the same time. Maybe its the responsibile one for the workshop addons you download. :P
