how to type as console in a dedicated gmod server

i bought a server, but i don't know how to type as console can i get help please?

You have to open the web console and type stuff in there for example:
"say I am God!"

If you are connected to RCON , use this as a command (Without quotes)

OR you can use the webversion that Hackcraft mentioned, but that requires you to switch between applications.

If you don't know how to connect to RCON, read this:

If you still don't get it, make sure to setup your server cfg with custom rcon password, then connect to your server, open the console (Options > Advanced> Keyboard > Enable Developer console [X], allows you to open console with ~ key)

Then you can type commands. First you need to establish RCON connection. You can do this from inside the game while connected to the server, or you can use a 3th party RCON application that's written for source games (L4d, Half life, TF, Portal, etc)

Login to rcon :

rcon password
rcon say Hello World
