Lighting Problem

Any map I load has a lighting problem, whenever I spawn a lightbulb, it illuminate the props but not the map, in a pitch black apartment on gm_ruins, the light doesn't work on walls, floors and ceiling.

It's must be like that because of an update, because I played with the same addons on an earlier version (like 3-4 weeks ago)
