Weapon sounds, ARC9 EFT glitch, vehicle and sirens not working.

Recently some of my weapons i have downloaded haven't been making any sounds and escape from tarkov weapons spawn without parts and when i try and put them back on it removes them instantly, applies to other addons with attachments. Also, i cant hear any vehicle sounds and siren aren't working on cars like: Photon cars, scars, simfphys. Its all very annoying and ive tried multiple methods that haven't helped.
