Spawning with flashlight on and can't turn it off?

Some days ago I played an horror map with friends. It was dark and only one of us had and was able to use the flashlight, so basically impossible to play. The solution we found was looking what command was binded on the F key and use it on the console.

We found out the command that turns on/off the flashlight is "Impulse 100", so we enabled sv_cheats 1 and gave ourselves a flashlight.

After that we tried to play on any other map, but just for me the flashlight is still On, and I simply can't turn it off, and it seems so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brighter than usual. It's almost unplayable, everyone else cam to me now have this bright as hell flashlight open and I can't disable it. When playing gamemodes like murder I can barely see anything, it's frustrating needing to write "impulse 100" every time I spawn and not being able to see my friends POV because an almost sun-bright big flashlight is covering the middle of my screen :(
